With its own ggp farm (started in 1922) and a hatchery called "de Kern", there was a lot of know-how in breeding and keeping poultry.

That is why we started developing the Clean egg 252 egg cleaner on our farm with 18,000 ggp Hybro hens 30 years ago. And with success! We have tested for several years and measured the hatching percentages separately using the Hybro hatchery at the time of cleaned and uncleaned eggs. We can now say that the Clean Egg 252 is the best, fastest and most reliable hatching egg cleaner with the highest hatching percentage of the eggs.

We are leader in the world. Our first machines have been running for 28 years. Often hours a day and 365 days a year. And how sustainable! Now in more than 60 countries worldwide. After all, a comparable machine that is 30 percent cheaper should still last 20 years without any problems.

We see machines passing by where we can already say with our knowledge in advance that the hatching percentage will be low. And certainly where machines are used with brushes. You don't want to brush dirt into the pores. Cleaning eggs with sponges is also not an option in our eyes. That is also the reason why our machines are used where the germination percentage has to be low. The goal should always be vital chicks with these hatching eggs.

We know that it works well because washing vaccine eggs by hand seems to become obsolete and has been a success with our machine. Each batch is checked daily for germ count.

When hatching Houbara chicks, the machine proves to be an indispensable tool in Morocco, Kazakhstan and Abu Dhabi. Every 8 minutes, 3 times fresh and new water! With a pre-wash (to prevent nozzles from clogging), a main wash and a rinse cycle. No wasted time heating up water between cycles due to an external boiler which is crucial for fast cleaning time and a high hatch rate! Cleaning and heating water at the same time naturally gives a great advantage with regard to the capacity of the cleaned eggs per hour.
Machine switches off immediately when the door is opened (automatically rises by means of a gas spring). 

Each machine comes with 7 trays, temperature gauge, egg wash pump and a water mixing valve for the correct temperature.
